Registration

2012-13 Visual Art Program Registration Now Open

ArtPLAYshop fees are per session and are due in full upon enrollment.
No additional registration fees are required to enroll in ArtPLAYshops.
Students are registered when tuition payment is received; registration accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuition payable online or in person via personal check or money order to : “Backstage ARTS, LLC.” There is a $25.00 returned check fee.
Additional family members receive a 10% discount off of their class fee.
Backstage ARTS reserves the right to withdraw or change classes, instructors or schedules; to revise tuition and fee structures, and to amend its policies and practices as necessary.
Students who have registered but need to withdraw prior to the start of a session, will receive a full refund (less a small transaction fee for online registrations). Please notify school of withdrawal in writing @ info@backstageARTSkids.com.
Students enrolling after a session has begun will receive a pro-rated tuition.
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes (incl. sickness, vacation, etc).
Weather Closings: A make-up class will be offered if Backstage ARTS must cancel a class due to inclement weather conditions. We follow the Brevard County’s Public School System for school closings.

TO REGISTER ONLINE: Choose a class(es), select “Register Now”, and follow the prompts through the registration system. Payment due at time of enrollment through Paypal via account, credit or debit card.
Registration may be completed in person prior to the first class and during open studio hours. BSA’s studio is accessible through the back door entrance of the building at 60 McLeod St., Merritt Island, Fl, 32953 **Please review each Playshop’s status online, or by contacting the school.
A waiting list option is offered for sessions that have reached student capacity. You will be contacted if an opening has become available and will receive a pro-rated tuition amount for the remaining classes in the session.
